Everything you probably want to know before deciding.

Yes, and it's not a new idea. Blue light in the 380–500nm range holds back melatonin and keeps cortisol up. Block it after dark and your sleep hormones get to do their job. BLOCKERS ONE filters 99% of that range. How much you feel depends on your habits, but the mechanism is plain biology.

Roughly 2–3 hours before bed. Put them on after sunset and keep them on for any screen — phone, laptop, TV. You don't have to sit in the dark, you just have to block the wavelengths that mess with melatonin.

Most people stop noticing it after a night or two. The tint is what makes them work — clear lenses barely do anything. Give it a few evenings and you'll clock the sleep before you clock the colour.

Clear blue light glasses are everywhere and block under 20% — not enough to move melatonin. Amber lenses target the 380–500nm range that actually suppresses it. If the lens is clear, it isn't really blocking. The colour is the function.

We dispatch within 5–7 business days. Delivery usually runs 10–18 business days depending where you are. We ship worldwide and send tracking once it's moving.

30 days, no interrogation. If they're not for you, message us and we'll sort it. We'd rather you actually sleep better than just own a pair of glasses.

BLOCKERS ONE are non-prescription with a flat lens, and the frame is wide enough to sit over most prescription glasses. A prescription version may land in a future drop.

Because price shouldn't be the reason you sleep badly. We're new — we'd rather you try them, feel the difference, and tell a friend than squeeze every euro out of launch.
